Remembering Our Nature: An Animal Workshop

  • Alma Education & Movement Space 1233 Southeast Stark Street Portland, OR, 97214 United States (map)
Watch any animal and let it teach you acceptance of what is.

Surrender to the Now.

Let it teach you Being.

Let it teach you integrity, which means to be one.

To be yourself,

To be real.
— Eckhart Tolle

Animals have historically provided us with potent wisdom about how to live in harmony with their community. Their way of life depicts adaptive methods to thrive and take care of the body, mind, and soul.
Because animals are not restrained by ego, they remind us of our deepest essence and reason for being alive. They exemplify the way that we are all part of the earth and embody how each of us has innate knowledge, resilience, and a place in this world.

During this 2-hour workshop, we will explore our inner complexities and the mystery of who we are with the help of animal cards. Let us learn from the great creatures who have inhabited our planet since the dawn of time.
